By accessing or using WaveCall.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

WaveCall.io provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services that enable users to make voice calls over the internet to various international destinations. Our services include:

• International calling to mobile and landline numbers
• WebRTC-based calling through browsers
• Call history and recording capabilities
• Account management and prepaid credit system

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Billing and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

Rates for calling different destinations are subject to change. Current rates are always available on our website.

Unused credits do not expire but may be subject to account maintenance fees if an account remains inactive for an extended period, as specified in our pricing policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for sending unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements, or to spam
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limiting systems
• Use the Service to make emergency calls, as reliability cannot be guaranteed

6. Service Limitations

Our Service is not intended to replace traditional telephone services and has the following limitations:

• The Service does not support emergency calling to any emergency services (such as 911 in the US)
• Call quality depends on your internet connection and may vary
• The Service may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues
• Certain destinations or numbers may be blocked for regulatory or other reasons

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WaveCall.io and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WaveCall.io.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us for account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WaveCall.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
